Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Free shipping is available on all orders over €90 within the EU and on all orders over €149 for worldwide destinations. Orders below these thresholds are subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout.

For shipments outside the EU, please note that customs duties, import taxes, or fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by Sens Studios.
